The history of Spain is flavored with the many people that have moved through the land from the Romans, the Celts, the Arabs and the Moors, as well as influences from both French and Italian Cooking.  In this hands-on class, discover the culinary regions of Spain and their delicious history.

Join Chef Christy from the comfort of your own kitchen as she leads you step-by-step through the preparation of this delicious meal!
