Fresh Ingredients
- 2 carrots (per person)
- 2 stalks celery (per person)
- 6 roma tomatoes (or 2 per person)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 container chives
- 1 pt. sour cream
Pantry Ingredients
- 1 bag “scoops” type corn chips
- Mayo
- oil and vinegar
Equipment
- All of your knives. Get them all out!
- Honing Steel
- Vegetable Peeler
- Microplane or fine grater
- Cutting Board
- Paper Towels
- Medium mixing bowl
