Chef Christy will lead you through a variety of techniques and preparations that can showcase both fresh and dried herbs, whether they are store-bought or home-grown.  Familiarize yourself with the flavor profiles and common pairings for herbs,  and create dishes that will feature an individual herb or your own Special Blend!
